Step 1

In a mixing bowl, take mashed potatoes, corn, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, and grated garlic cloves.

Add 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, and ½ teaspoon chili flakes.

Mix all the ingredients very well and keep aside.

Take a small ball sized dough and makes a patty. Place a small piece of mozzarella cheese inside it.

Get the edges together and make a ball.

Dip the cheese ball in a cornflour mixture.

Further, roll it into breadcrumbs. Make sure you coat the balls uniformly.

Gently roll the cheese ball again on your palm. It helps the breadcrumbs to stick on cheese balls

Heat the oil and add cheese balls in it. Fry them on medium-high flame. Don’t overcrowd them.

Fry the corn cheese balls till they turn golden and crisp and remove them from kadhai.

Finally, corn cheese balls are ready to serve. Serve hot.
