Healthy and tasty chocolate peanut butter is made from roasted peanuts, cocoa powder, honey, and peanut oil.

Basically Peanut butter is made from peanuts and salt. But for making chocolate peanut butter, I’m adding cocoa powder and honey in this recipe which makes it more delicious.

Peanuts butter is rich in protein, healthy fat, vitamins, and fiber. It is free from trans-fat which makes this recipe very healthy and also improves your heart health.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Recipe


Ingredients


1 cup peanuts

1 teaspoon peanut oil

2 teaspoon honey

Pinch of salt or as per your taste

2 teaspoon of cocoa powder

How to make Chocolate Peanut Butter


1. Heat the pan and add 1 cup peanuts.

2. Continuously stir and roast the peanuts on medium flame until golden and aromatic. After that, switch off the flame and let the peanut cool down.

3. Further, rub the peanut in between your palm to remove their skin. And also toss the peanuts to blow away their husk.

4. Add the peanut in a blender jar along with a pinch of salt. You can add salt as per your taste.

5. Grind the peanuts in small interval of time until peanuts release their oil and turn into a smooth paste.

6. Now add 2 teaspoon cocoa powder and 2 teaspoon honey. You can add more honey for a sweeter taste.

7. Blend it until all ingredients are combined and then add 1 teaspoon peanut oil and blend again until looks creamy. You can add an extra 1 teaspoon oil if peanut butter looks thick.

8. Healthy and tasty homemade chocolate peanut butter is ready.

1. You can store the chocolate peanut butter in the refrigerator for 15- 20 days.
