Poha Dhokla Recipe | Instant Dhokla Recipe | Instant Poha Dhokla Recipe with detailed photos. Dhokla is a very famous food from Gujarati Cuisine and is served for breakfast or as snacks.

Poha dhokla is a very soft and spongy dish made from Poha (beaten rice), Rava (semolina), besan (gram flour), and curd.

Mainly, dhokla is prepared from besan or from soaked chana dal and rice but in this recipe, I have made dhokla using poha. This is very easy to make and instant recipe and is a great option for kids tiffin.

This poha dhokla tastes delicious after tempering with mustard seeds, cumin, sesame seeds, and curry leaves.
