Dates Milkshake Recipe | Khajoor Shake Recipe |Khajoor milkshake with detailed photos. Thick, creamy, and healthy recipe of Dates Milkshake is prepared by using Dates, almonds, and milk. This is a very healthy and nutritious recipe that has no added sugar.

Dates are lower in cholesterol and are a rich source of protein, vitamins and iron. Dates are also high in fiber and disease-fighting antioxidants which make this recipe an immunity booster drink.

The combination of dates and milk is highly nutritious hence this date milkshake gives so many health benefits to kids as well as elders. Adding almond to this recipe gives this milkshake a great flavor. This creamy thick shake can be drunk during the fasting period because milk and dates together give a high amount of energy to our body during fasting/upwas/Vrat.

You can make this milkshake using warm or cold milk. Here I am using warm milk. In this recipe, I am not adding sugar which makes it very healthy. Since dates are very sweet, there is no need to add sugar. But if you want more sweetness, you can add sugar as per your taste.
