Poha Cutlet Recipe | Vegetable Poha Cutlets | How to make Poha Cutlet with detailed photos. Poha cutlet is a very crunchy and tasty fried snack made with poha (flattened rice), gram flour, Rava, and some spices.

This easy-to-make poha cutlet can be served as a starter at parties and as a tea-time snack.

Most of the cutlet recipes are made with potatoes, but in this recipe, I have used rava and gram flour to bind the dough instead of potatoes.
